KC Glam Boutique values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, we DO NOT OFFER CANCELATIONS OR EXCHANGES at this time. To ensure you will be satisfied with your item PLEASE follow the tips below.
When shopping, keep in mind:
- Size chart
- Details in description
- Suggestions for sizing (item runs small or large)
- Model size and Measurements.
For any reason that an item is returned due to sizing or damaged upon arrival STORE CREDIT may be issued. For damaged items, you will have 5 days to return item(s) with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via email at sales.kcglamboutique@gmail.com. DO NOT return items until you have emailed us and has been approved to return the item(s). Customer is responsible for return cost. Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package or shows signs that it has been worn.
The following are FINAL SALE ITEMS: any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, leggings or accessories/bags. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
If for any reason your order is returned to our warehouse due to being undeliverable, you will be invoiced for items to be shipped back out. After 14 days from invoice items will return to shelf.
